No Sound in Playbacks

Please check if the camera turns on and starts recording automatically when you start your car.
Before you begin recording, make sure your camera is in video mode and that the audio is turned on.
If the audio is already on, please connect the dash cam with a USB cable to see if it charges properly and allows you to change its settings.
