How to View Emergency Videos?

When your car is in a collision, the system automatically records an emergency video and saves it to a special folder. This prevents it from being overwritten by regular video footage. These emergency videos are saved in a folder named "Event" and the file names will have an SOS label.
You have three ways to view these videos:
On Your Dash Cam
- Stop the recording.
- Go to the Album or Gallery.
- Find and enter the "Event" folder.
- Select the emergency video you want to watch.
Using the App on Your Phone
- Connect to the dash cam via Wi-Fi using the app.
- Tap the Video Album icon.
- Select the "Event" folder to view the emergency video you need.
On a Computer (PC or Mac)
-
Using a USB Cable:
- Connect the dash cam to your computer with the USB cable.
- A pop-up menu will appear. Select "USB Storage" to let your computer read the memory card.
- Find the memory card on your computer, locate the "Event" folder, and drag the emergency video file you want to watch into the player to play it.
-
Using a Card Reader:
- Turn the camera off and remove the memory card.
- Insert the card into a card reader, then plug the reader into your computer.
- Find the memory card on your computer, locate the "Event" folder, and drag the emergency video file you want to watch into the player to play it.
Note: If you don't have the player, you can download it from the official website here: https://kingslim.net/pages/gps-player
