To troubleshoot a blurry camera, please check the following:
- Remove the Protective Film: Make sure the protective film on the camera lens has been completely removed.
- Clean the Lens and Windshield: Check for any dirt, smudges, or fingerprints on the dash cam's lens and on the part of the car's windshield where the camera is mounted.
- Check Lighting: Poor lighting conditions or very bright, direct sunlight can affect video quality and make the picture look blurry.
For the D4 PRO:
- Make sure the night vision feature is turned on.
If you have checked all of the above and the video is still blurry, there might be a problem with the camera's focus. Please send us a photo of the blurry video or image, and we will help you with a replacement if needed.
