Check Playback on Another Device:
- First, see if the video plays correctly on the dash cam itself or on your phone.
- If it doesn't, try resetting the dash cam and formatting the memory card. Be sure to back up any important files first.
Troubleshoot Audio Delay on a Computer:
- If you are playing the video on a computer and the audio is delayed, make sure you are using the correct player. We recommend the official GPS player or a program like VLC Media Player.
- Also, check that the player is compatible with your computer's operating system.
