Your dash cam's front camera records in 4K resolution, which can sometimes have trouble playing on older computers or with the wrong video player.
To make sure your videos play smoothly, please:
- Update your computer's drivers.
- Use a recommended video player like VLC Player or our official GPS Player.
You can also connect your dash cam to the Kingslim app to watch your front-camera videos on your phone.
