Dashcam Stuck on Logo

In this article, please follow the steps below to read what to do when faced with a situation in which your dashcam will stuck on the startup page (logo screen).
Step 1: Reset the dash cam
Please do a hard reset by inserting a sharp item in the “Reset” hole on the dash cam vertically until the camera turns on normally again.
Step 2: Change the memory card
If it turns on, please try using a different SD card that meets all the requirements after rebooting your dash cam. Remember to format it before use.
If the issue persists, please contact customer service for further assistance. And please provide the firmware version of your dashcam. You can usually find the firmware version number in About in the Settings or the WIFI interface.
