Dashcam Turns On and Off After Powering

To begin troubleshooting, please check if the light on your car charger is blinking red when it's plugged into the dash cam.
- If the light is blinking, check that the GPS mount is securely attached and correctly plugged into the charging port. You can also try plugging the car charger directly into the charging port on the dash cam itself, bypassing the GPS mount.
- If the issue still isn't resolved, try using a USB cable to connect the dash cam to a different power source. See if it turns on and starts recording automatically.
Note:
If your dash cam is hardwired, please ensure the connection is secure; an improper connection may cause the device to turn on and off repeatedly.
