Dashcam Turns On and Off While Using

There are a few reasons your dash cam may be randomly turning on or off. Please check these common issues.
Power & Connection Issues
Loose connections or a faulty power outlet can cause the camera to power cycle.
- Check the basics: Make sure all the cables are securely connected.

- With the dash cam turned off, remove the memory card.
- Use a USB cable to plug the dash cam into a wall outlet. See if it charges and turns on correctly.

Check the car charger:
- If the camera works when plugged into the wall, turn it off and connect it back in your car using the original car charger. Make sure you are plugging it into a 5V power source.
- Charge it for at least an hour, then re-insert the memory card and turn it on to see if it works.
