• For New Dashcam

Step 1: Check the charger

• Make sure using the included car charger.

Step 2: Check the power supply

• Make sure that your car's cigarette lighter can power the dashcam. 
• If it's not powered, the dashcam will not function well. 

Step 3:  Check with another power supply

• Use a USB cable to plug the dashcam into a outlet to check if the problem is with the car's cigarette lighter or the camera itself.

• For Camera Being Used

Step 1: Check the Indicator

1. Please plug the dashcam into the included car charger and check if the indicator lights on (both the charger and the camera).

   If both the indicators on, the dashcam might be faulty. Please contact customer support for further assitance.

   ---

2. If the camera's indicator is off, please check the car charging port is in well-conditioned. If it is damaged, please replace the cigarette lighter or use the USB outlet, charge it for one and a half hours, and see if it's on.

   If still not, please contact customer support for further assitance.

Step 2: Check the Charging Port

• Please try plugging the power cord directly into the charging port on the camera to check if the GPS mount is defective.

If the camera still does not turn on even after replacing the above accessories, please kindly contact customer support for further help.
