Step 1: Manual operation

Please kindly confirm whether the dashcam does not turn off by itself.

If so, please manually press the power button to turn off the camera and then restart it.

Step 2: Restore and reset the camera

Please try to restore the dashcam to factory settings and reset (RST hole) the dashcam directly.

If the above instructions do not solve your problem, please kindly contact customer support for further help.

Meanwhile, please provide us with the firmware version of the dashcam for our reference. You can find the firmware version number in About in the camera's Settings menu.
