Step 1: Verify the power supply
- Make sure that you are using an original car charger to charge the dashcam. And there is no poor contact with the car's cigarette lighter or car charger port.
Step 2: Change the power supply
- Try to use another car charger or USB cable for testing. And use the car cigarette lighter to charge other devices to see if it is normal.
In this way, we can determine whether the problem is with the cigarette lighter or the original car charger.
Step 3: Restore the dash cam
- Try to restore the dashcam to factory settings.
Step 4: Verify the memory card
- Try to format the memory card and then restart the dashcam manually once to see if it works.
