Can’t Preview the Video/Video Playback Fails

- Please make sure the APP is the latest version (Android latest version 1.4.6; iOS latest version 1.4.6).
- Please turn off VPN or agent tools: some network acceleration tools may interfere with video streaming.
- Please check the permission settings: Make sure the APP has obtained storage access (for reading video files) and network permission (for loading online content).
Path: Settings → App Permissions → KINGSLIM
- Please reinstall the app and restart the dashcam to connect again.
Note: The iOS version suggests turning off cellular data before connecting
- Please make sure that you can play the video on the camera itself, or use your computer to read the video from the memory card to verify that the video file itself is intact. (If there is any problem with the SD card)
