- Please try to uninstall the APP and reinstall, and reset the dashcam.
- Enter the phone's Wi-Fi settings and click "Forget the WiFi" then reconnect.
- If these won't help, please try the following suggestion:
- After connecting the camera's WIFI, please open the Kingslim APP and add the device to the APP. Instruction(Click to view the video)

Once submit, please share the specific information with us.
- Please share us with the camera's firmware version and APP version.
- You could click the Settings>About to find the camera's firmware version number.
In addition, if the Kingslim still don't work, try using the App: Viidure to see if it works.
