How to Set up Time-lapse Recording?

- All dash cam models (except D2 Pro and D6) support the Time-Lapse Recording feature, provided they are correctly connected via hardwire.
To enable it, go to the camera’s settings menu, find the Time-Lapse Recording option, and select from Off / 1 sec / 2 sec / 3 sec intervals.
Time-lapse recording captures video at a lower frame rate, so when played back, it shows a sped-up version of your driving. As a result, the recorded footage will appear in fast motion.
- Some camera models, such as E2 Pro and E4, do not have the “Time-Lapse Recording” option. For details, please refer to the section How to Set the Parking Mode/G-Sensor Function & How They Work?
