Check the Installation

• Please make sure the hardwire kit is installed correctly. Improper installation, such as connecting the wrong wires or using the wrong fuse, can cause the camera to drain your car's battery, even when the car is turned off.

• Some hardwire kits (from different brands, for example) may have different wiring, such as the red and yellow wires. Please refer to the instructions or guide that came with your specific hardwire kit. If needed, you can have a local professional install or check it for you.

Check Your Car's Battery

• Check the Health: Please check if your car's battery is working correctly. If the battery is old or weak, it may not be able to provide enough power to the dash cam for a long time.
