Please try these troubleshooting steps to see if your dash cam can get power:

1. Use the Original Charger: 

   Make sure you are using the original car charger that came in the package. If not, please use it and charge the dash cam for about 90 minutes to see if it turns on.

2. Try a Different Power Source: 

   Plug the dash cam into a USB outlet with a USB cable and let it charge for about an hour to see if it charges properly.

3. Check the Hardwire Kit: 

   If your dash cam is installed with a hardwire kit, please make sure the connections are correct, as a bad connection can prevent it from turning on.
