Dashcam Not Saving the Time Settings

If your dash cam isn't saving the changes you make to the settings, please try the following:
Check the Battery
- If the camera doesn't save any settings, the internal battery may be unable to hold a charge. To test this, turn off the dash cam and charge it with a USB cable for about one hour. Then, turn it back on and try changing the settings again.
Check the Memory Card
- A full or faulty memory card can prevent settings from being saved. We recommend you format your memory card or replace it with a new one.
- Note: Always make sure the camera is turned off before you install or remove the memory card.
Check Your Time Zone
- Make sure you have selected the correct time zone on your dash cam. If the time zone is wrong, the camera may not save your changes.
- If your camera has GPS, it will automatically update the date and time after you have driven for a while and it gets a signal.
Reset Your Camera
- Try resetting your dash cam and restoring it to its factory settings. This can often fix issues with saving settings.
