Please check that your dash cam is installed and connected properly. If there are no loose connections, try using a different car charger or a USB cable to see if that helps.
Screen Works
- If the screen turns on and works normally with a different power source, the problem is with the original car charger (for the front camera) or the rear extension cable. We would be happy to send you a free replacement.
Screen Still Doesn't Work
- If the screen still doesn't display correctly, the front or rear camera screen is likely damaged. We can send you a replacement lens. If the front camera is the issue, you will need to return the entire unit for an exchange.

To help us find a solution, could you please send us a video showing the problem? Also, please provide your camera's serial number (SN), which you can find on the bottom of the device.
