Please make sure your dash cam is plugged into the original car charger that came in the box and that it's powered. You can try plugging and unplugging the cable a few times to ensure a secure connection.
- Try using a USB cable to plug the dash cam into a different power source to see if it charges normally.
- Try resetting the dash cam and performing a factory reset to see if that helps.
If the problem persists, please provide us with the purchase invoice and a video proving the problem.
