- Please note that you cannot change the settings on your dash cam while it is recording. You must stop the recording first.

If you have already stopped the recording and still cannot change the settings, please try a hard reset. Use a small, pointed object (like a paperclip) to press the reset hole on the dash cam to see if that helps.
