- If you're in a cold area, the dash cam's screen may not respond. Please try to warm up the device and see if that helps.
- If the screen is still unresponsive, please follow these steps:
Test the Power
- Unplug the dash cam from its power source and take out the memory card. Then, press the power button to see if it turns on.
Perform a Hard Reset
- If the camera doesn't turn on, use a small pin or paperclip to press the Reset hole until the camera powers on.
Replace the Memory Card
- If the dash cam does turn on after you remove the card, the card is likely the problem. Please replace it with a new, high-speed U3 card from a reputable brand like Samsung or SanDisk.
