Here are a few things to check for the problem you're having:
Check the Memory Card:
- A memory card's performance can get worse over time. If you're having trouble recording or saving files, try formatting the card. If that doesn't work, we recommend replacing it with a new one that meets all the requirements.
Check the Power:
- Make sure your dash cam is getting consistent power. The indicator lights on both the car charger and the camera should be on and working correctly. Unstable power can cause recording problems.
If you have tried a new memory card and the dash cam is still getting a stable power supply, then the dash cam itself is likely defective and needs to be replaced.
