Dashcam Doesn't Record the Whole Driving Track

If you're missing some of your driving footage, here are a few things to check:
Check the Power:
- Please make sure your dash cam is properly connected to a continuous power source while you're driving. The indicator lights on both the car charger and the camera should be on and working correctly.
Understand Loop Recording:
- Your dash cam has a loop recording feature. This means that once the memory card is full, it will automatically record over the oldest videos. This ensures the camera is always recording, but it also means older footage may not be saved.
Check for Emergency Videos:
- If your dash cam was triggered to record an emergency video during your drive, it may have only captured the emergency event and not the entire drive.
If you are still having issues, please provide us with your purchase receipt and a video that shows the specific problem. Once we confirm the issue, we will be happy to offer you another solution or a replacement.
