Dashcam Stops Recording after Turning On

Regarding the issue of stopping the recording after turning on the dashcam, please refer to the following detailed steps.
To address the issue you're having, please follow these instructions:
1. Check Your Memory Card
- Make sure your memory card has enough free space.
- We recommend you format the card every two months for the best performance.
- If you have used the card for a long time, consider replacing it with a new one.
2. Check Power and Connections
- Make sure your dash cam is getting continuous power. The indicator lights on both the car charger and the camera should be on.
3. Avoid Extreme Temperatures
- Do not leave your dash cam in direct sunlight or in a car that is too hot or too cold.
4. Check Loop Recording
- Make sure the Loop Recording feature is turned on. If it's not, the dash cam will automatically stop recording when the memory card gets full.
- Note: If you are enabling this feature for the first time, you must format the memory card and the camera first.
5. Check the Time Settings
- Make sure the time on your dash cam is synchronized with your phone's time.
Should these steps fail to resolve the issue, we are pleased to offer further assistance upon confirmation.

I have tried all the recommended steps to solve the problem of the dashcam turning off after about a minute or so, but the problem persists. I will be replying to this email, and include a screen shot of the Amazon purchase and a video of the camera going off.
