GPS Icon not Display When Recording

Your dash cam's GPS will start locating satellites as soon as you plug it into the dashboard mount. It can only work properly in open areas.
- Tip: The GPS icon will blink while it's searching for a signal. Once it finds a signal, the icon will disappear.
If the GPS icon doesn't show up even when you are driving in an open area, the GPS module is likely damaged. We are happy to send you a new GPS mount once you provide a photo or video as proof.
