To play your video file, please drag it into the "Video List" within the player.
- If the problem continues, you can try updating your computer's drivers. You can also use a different video player like VLC Player, which is great for 4K videos. You can download it for free at www.videolan.org.
- You can also connect your dash cam to the Kingslim app to view the video on your phone.
