Rear Camera not Showing up/Can't Record

This article will guide you in troubleshooting what you can do when you encounter a rear camera that encounters an undisplayed, unrecognized, and unrecordable situation. (Especially the D4 model)
Step 1: Check the Power Connection
- Make sure the rear camera is properly connected to the extension cable.
- Plug and unplug the power cord several times and press it firmly into the fitting after plugging it in.
- Make sure the car charger is connected to the camera properly. That is, the indicator lights of both the car charger and the camera work normally.
Step 2: Check the Power Port and Interface
- Clean the 3.5mm connector of the rear extension cable and the interface where the front camera is connected.
Step 3: Reset the Camera

Reset the device or restore the factory settings.
