1. Reset the Device: 

• Please try to perform a factory reset on your dash cam.

2. Check the Card Slot: 

• Gently blow into the card slot or use a cotton swab to carefully clean it, making sure there's no dust or debris. Sometimes a bad connection between the card and the slot can cause these errors.

3. Reinsert the Card: 

• Try inserting and removing the storage card 3-5 times. If you still see a "No Storage Card" message, it's possible the card slot on the mainboard is broken. (If you can confirm the slot is damaged, please send us a photo.)

Note: Normally, if the card itself is the problem, you would see a different message like "Low-speed card," "Please format card," or "Card error"—not "No Storage Card."
