How long is the warranty for KINGSLIM dashcams?
- Generally, the warranty period of KINGSLIM products is 12 months. You can also register for an extended warranty for your product up to the 24th month from the date of purchase.
- Different purchase platforms or promotions may have different policies; please keep your proof of purchase.
How to register my dashcam for an extended warranty?
To register your dashcam for an extended warranty, you can follow these instructions:
Registering on the official website:
- Please visit the official website of KINGSLIM and select the “Warranty” tab.
- After entering the Warranty Center, select the leftmost box to enter the registration page. You can also directly click on the jump to: https://warranty.kingslim.net/club
- Fill in the required information and submit to complete the registration of the extended warranty.
Through the Kingslim APP:
1. Please open the KINGSLIM APP on your cell phone.
2. Go to the “Mine” page and select the “Extended Warranty” option.
3. Automatically jump to the official KINGSLIM warranty page, fill in the information, and submit to complete the registration of the extended warranty.
How to register the warranty for my gift order without the order ID?
- Please get the order ID or the product invoice from the gift buyer.
- Or please send the following info to us at cs@kingslim.net, and then we will help you to register it:

-Country:
-The email needs to be registered:
Why is the order ID I entered not recognized?
- Please make sure the order is from our Amazon store; otherwise, it won't be recognized by the page.
- Please do not enter the “#”, only copy the 17-digit number behind ”#”, including the "-".
- Please confirm whether the order number is filled in correctly, and make sure that there is no space before and after the numbers.
